Orders ship out within two days of purchase, usually sooner. We ship within the United States only, via UPS or USPS. Carrier shipping rates are based off of package dimensions and weight and zip code. Free in-store pickup is available from our Southwest Blvd location.
Out of state orders will not be charged sales tax. In state (Missouri) orders will be charged Missouri sales tax.
If you would like to return a purchased item, please email [email protected] in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. You may also opt to exchange the purchased item for another item. Please note that all sales are final on clearance/discounted merchandise. Gift cards are non-refundable. Once you have received a RMA number repack the item(s) in the box your order was shipped in and return the package to:

All items must be unused and include the original packaging. Clothing must be in sellable condition (clean and unwashed, no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke smell) with all tags attached. We cannot refund your item if it is not in sellable condition. Shoes must not be worn and must include the original packaging in good condition and free of tape, tears, etc. Shoes are covered under limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear and harsh effects skateboarding has on shoes. Once clothing or footwear has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged. All decks must be un-damaged and still in shrink wrap. Decks are under warranty against manufacturer defects only. Breakage, user error and normal wear does not apply. Warranty information can usually be found on a manufacturer’s website or on product packaging. We do not replace decks that fall under warranty issues. This must be handled by the manufacturer of the product. Any part of a skateboard that has been assembled cannot be returned. All other items must be unopened and in original packaging.
