Here's a new feature we've just added to the Skatepark Directory. There's now a rating system and each user can rate each park as they see fit and the current rating (and total number of votes) are displayed. (You can only vote once for each park, so no, Ryan Lovell, you can't get on there and vote a million times for Lovell Land).
